This Privacy Policy applies to Wellbeing AI, published by Data Wizard Tech. The app is built to keep your personal wellbeing data on your device, does not require an account, does not upload core wellbeing data to our servers as part of normal app use, and does not sell your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to Wellbeing AI and explains how the app handles information when you use it on your device.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the app, Wellbeing AI may process the following information on your device:

Manual wellbeing inputs such as age, sleep hours, stress level, work or study hours, and academic impact
Optional app usage data such as screen time, app usage duration, notifications, and app opens if you enable Usage Access
App category preferences you customize inside the app
AI prediction results, recommendations, and local history snapshots created by the app

3. How We Use Information

Wellbeing AI uses this information to:

Estimate your digital wellbeing or overuse risk using the on-device AI model
Show screen time summaries, app activity views, and trend charts
Generate supportive recommendations and weekly or monthly insights
Remember your preferences and category choices on your device

4. On-Device Storage

Your profile inputs, app category choices, latest analysis result, and optional daily history are stored locally on your device. Wellbeing AI does not require login and does not upload your private wellbeing data to a remote backend for normal app use.

5. Optional Usage Access

The app may ask for Usage Access permission so it can read screen time and app activity patterns. This permission is optional. If you do not enable it, you can still use the app with manual assessment.

6. Feedback You Choose to Send

If you use the in-app feedback option, Wellbeing AI may open an external Google Form or email flow so you can share comments voluntarily. Any information you choose to submit there is processed by that external provider, such as Google or your email provider, under its own privacy practices and terms.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your private wellbeing data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Wellbeing AI keeps local profile inputs, category preferences, latest analysis results, and optional daily history on your device until you choose to clear local insights, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

You can remove locally stored insight history and start fresh from inside the app. You can also revoke optional permissions from your device settings at any time.

9. Security and Data Handling

Wellbeing AI stores app data locally on your device using the app's local storage mechanisms. The app is designed so that core wellbeing analysis runs on-device rather than being transmitted to our servers during normal use.

10. Your Choices

You can use manual assessment instead of smart tracking
You can revoke Usage Access at any time from your device settings
You can clear local insights and start fresh from inside the app
You can uninstall the app at any time

11. Children's Privacy

Wellbeing AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly design the app to collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated date.
